About Tech Service Design
why I connect tech with service design?
All industries offer service, from government, education, technology, etc., every company offer service and exchange value.
Service design improves the experiences of both the user and employee by designing, aligning, and optimizing an organization’s operations to better support customer journeys in order to maximize the benefit for companies.
What is service deisgn?
Service design is holistic, the success of a company has to rely on both users and employees.
Especially the world is changing rapidly, we have to transfer from a product-based economy to a service-based economy in order to tackle the biggest problem of the world now- global warming, reducing CO2 and pollution to save our life and next generations.
We only have one earth and we have to rethink the economic model, the old way has to abandon in order to create future.
